Click to view large map Coordinates: | The house was designed in 1904 by Pearce and Pearce for J. Ellis. A festooned gable over the entrance has the name GRADEN on it. A wide verandah fronts the width of the street facade with bay windows projecting into the verandah. At one time there was a conservatory built into the verandah on the right hand side.The roof incorporate a surprisingly large room with matched lining board ceilings and dormer windows.
