An architect who practised in Johannesburg, active from 1915 to about 1957, Leitch was a member of the Association of Transvaal Architects in 1915. His daughter, architect Marjory LEITCH, married George ABBOTT. Leitch retired in 1957. In 1959 he is recorded as a retired member of the Transvaal Institute, of address 121 Jan Smuts Avenue, Parkwood, Johannesburg where he is still recorded in 1969.
