| (Harradine 1985) Originally designed for George Kettle in 1878 but became known as Polliack's Building after it was sold to H. Polliack & Co in 1896. Alterations were carried out to the ground floor at some point to provide a more modern shopfront but otherwise the building facade remained in original condition until it was demolished, for the Woolworths building, in 1958.
