The reinforced 14 storey concrete structure was designed and engineered by FE KANTHACK & PARTNERS.

The Building is extant but has been "refurbished" in an unsympathetic manner. The spandrel panels have been lost and the solid areas clad in a dark marble but the bulk and massing of the building remains recognisable. (Gerald Humphrey 2021)
