A single-storey simply arranged building constructed of local sandstone coursed ashlar, the main entrance with a steep-pitched captured gable, plaster-finished with a bulls-eye loft window. The lean-to verandah is directly to the street, the splay addressing the corner, regularly spaced sandstone columns with a protective sandstone balustrade. The entire building is under corrugated iron sheeting. The corner section of the building is possibly of an earlier date, with additional rooms strung along the street at a later date. The fretwork timber barge-boards are the only decorative and style-bearing elements.
