A structure found along the line between the Vryheid Branch Line Viaduct north of the Buffalo River and the Bloedrivier Station complex linking the NATAL GOVERNMENT RAILWAYS to the ZUID AFRIKAANSCHE REPUBLIEK DEPARTEMENT VAN SPOORWEGEN Voetpadsdrif-Vryheid Branch Line. The use of a series of six stone arches is unusual and possibly employed because the bridge lay on the curvature of the line.
