The tower of his [Voorvelt] Pius X Catholic Church (1959) in Waterkloof, is constructed of ... precast concrete blocks, framed in brickwork and an exposed concrete frame. A notable aspect of this chapel is that the focus is on the tower and western façade; the other façades of the body of the chapel are articulated only through structure and opening.
