A polychrome building with curtain wall of glass and vitreous enamel spandrel panels. (Greig, 1971: 204). Entrance lobby demolished for Street widening to save the Staats Model School [Staatsmodel School]. Served as facilities for Vista University until resizing of the tertiary institutions.
