Ended: 1909 Architect The partnership between JC COOK and JF MacKENZIE in Boksburg from late 1908 (?) to 1909. It is not certain how long the partnership lasted. By 1915 both perhaps were still in Boksburg but at different addresses. They seem to have formed a partnership about the time that their design for the Pretoria Post Office competition were recommended for adoption, as well as that of TULLY, WATERS & CLELAND in 1909.
