The partnership between EP WELLS and FJ ING (Jackson (1985) says HW Wells) in Durban from 1899 to 1903. The association began with their collaboration on the drawings for the competition for the Durban Club which they won in 1898 and on the basis of which commission they formed a partnership. The partners came second in the 1903 competition for the Durban Town Hall, with the partnership ending the same year.
