Nothing is currently known about Bullock's training or career other than that he worked for the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT in Johannesburg in about 1920 at which date he was a member of the Association of Transvaal Architects. He entered private practice in 1922 and appears to have gone to work in Natal around 1924; there are a number of buildings by him in Durban and elsewhere. He resigned from the ISAA in 1929.
