Partnership between HD PEARCE and JB PEARCE (?) in East London from about 1900 until 1908. The possibility of a partnership between HD Pearce and his father who lived and practised in England may be considered in view of the fact that no other Pearce was listed working as an architect at this time in South Africa. According to HD Pearce the partnership was carried out under the name of Pearce & Pearce until 1908. Work before 1908 should thus probably be ascribed to this partnership, it is likely to be currently under Pearce's name.
