(Dutch) (Afrikaans witblits) - a spirit with a very high alcohol content made by the distillation of the juice of fruits such as marula, peaches or more commonly at the Cape from grape juice (mos) which is put into the still with a small amount of crushed grapes. The first fractions are colourless and have a high alcohol content. That is witblitz (white lightning).
