Milton and Granton Boarding Houses. --------------------------- "Potchefstroom College, for the higher education of boys, is the principal scholastic establishment of the town. The College was formally opened on January 21st, 1905, by Sir Richard Solomon, K.C.M.G., Attorney-General (then Acting Lieut. -Governor of the Transvaal). It was built by Government on 40 acres of ground presented by the town. The style of architecture of the building is a modified form of Flemish.
