Notes: The hydro-electric power station was built by the Transkei Electricity Supply Corporation (TESCOR) - now under the control of ESKOM. The power station has three turbine generating units of 14 MW each, providing a maximum power output of 42 MW. Water for the turbines is supplied via a single penstock linked to the nearby Collywobbles Hydropower Storage Dam (William MARTINSON, March 2014)
