Now Hotel. Built 1901 by SCHMIDT the tower was added later by the architect SANDER. In 1993 in the building was sold and converted into a hotel by ROXIN and COMRIE and trades as "Swakopmund Hotel and Entertainment Centre" This building was chosen as an exhibit at the Pretoria University School of Architecture 50 year Alumni exhibition held at the Pretoria Art Gallery in 1993.
