Click to view large map Coordinates: | The Irish Volunteer Monument is a memorial erected to commemorate the Irish soldiers who volunteered to fight for the Boers in the Anglo-Boer War. The monument was dismantled in 2002 and moved, anastylised, to a new location Orania in the Northern Cape.
