The Irish Volunteer Monument is a memorial erected to commemorate the Irish soldiers who volunteered to fight for the Boers in the Anglo-Boer War.

The monument was dismantled in 2002 and moved, anastylised, to a new location Orania in the Northern Cape. Our map shows the position where the monument previously stood in Symons Rd, Brixton, Johannesburg.
