This mixed use retail complex consists of two separate buildings, where the main building houses a range of retail outlets and offices, and a pavilion type building contains a flagship restaurant. The building does not shy away from a busy intersection on Corlett Drive in which it is located - rather, it intimately connects context and users, by continuously promoting social space.
