(PSB:189) Parker and Forsyth added a bathroom and water-closet on the ground floor in 1906. (Walker 2015: 73). Walker gives the address as 151 Bree St, but Parker's map shows it on the opposite side of Bree St, corner Dorp St - where 136 Bree St is today.
