The scheme opts for an intelligent combination of elegantly detailed and furnished individual offices and open plan which required drastic internal modifications done with circumspection in order that the lofty spatial qualities or preserved. The design eschews a blind reverence to the extant, inserting contemporary elements, finishes, services and furnishing resulting in a designed coherence of the disparate parts in a way that demonstrates an architectural response deemed meritorious.
