Another elongated house, now again with a thatch roof between holbol end-gables. It has a Klip Rivier-type front-gable of recent vintage. Its openings have plaster surrounds. The core of this house is possibly of late-18th-century origin and may have been a stable of the Drostdy; it is shown by both Gordon and Schumacher.

(Fransen 2004:458)

An unusual feature of this house is the central gable to the front elevation with the front door offset to the right.
