(SAA&B Feb 1905:103 ill) Originally named 'Eyton', it was renamed 'Nederberg' in 1920 and still bears that name today. This was one of the early houses on the new Paradise Estate in Claremont (see also 'House CH Hodgson', 'Villa for F Dormehl' and 'Double-storeyed villa for H Hands').
