| (PSB:103) This was a rebuild of the existing Cowling's Hotel, with two conspicuous Cape Dutch Revival gables. The hotel closed in the 1960s and the building was converted into shops and offices. Together with the adjoining buildings, it was demolished c1978 to make way for The Link shopping centre.
