When Rennie inspected it in November 1977, it was occupied by Johnson & Du Plessis Motors. The building’s name “Chubb & Maxwell Limited” was still on the parapet (Rennie 1978: 187). Currently (2023) the building carries the name Horizon House and has done so since at least 2010 (Google Street View). (SAB Jul 1935:59; AB&E Jun 1936:9, 11 ill; Pryce-Lewis list 16 054, 16 058).
