A small but interestingly designed commercial building was for Delponte, the crowning decoration being a lyre. (Picton-Seymour 1977). Extensions done in 1896.

Was Athena Snack Bar pre-1978. Vacant at time of Rennie’s survey (1978). Featured in De Witt's photograph album of 1890s. Lyre acroterion decorative device suggests musical associated use.

2012 - the building is unoccupied.
