See more photographs Was the Transvaal Museum designed by EAGLE under George Henry FOWKE for the Transvaal Colony PWD. (FRIBA nom papers 1925) Additions were done c1997 by Holm Jordaan Holm. New wings were added at either end of the building, north and south, and a conservancy on the eastern side.
