(SAB Sep 1935:49; FRIBA nom papers 1945; Pryce-Lewis list 16 072) This factory was built by Workwear South Africa (Pty) Ltd on the site of the historic Treaty House in Treaty Street, Woodstock, Cape Town, in 1935-36. Directories of the period show that the factory itself was named 'Treaty House' after its historic predecessor. It is currently used as offices.
