Built for BH Parker comprising a shop, warehouse and offices. It was still intact and undergoing renovations when inspected by Rennie in Feb 1978.

One of several buildings demolished to make way for the Southern Sun Cape Sun Hotel, others including Electricity House and the Trident Building.
