(SAB Oct 1938:66) This was the Broadway Cinema, built by Robert Dorfman. The cinema has long since closed, and the building has been converted for commercial use. It is currently called the 'T & F Centre'. The building has a heritage grading of 3C ("significant in the context of a streetscape or direct neighbourhood").
