Mrs Botha's House
37 Jacob Street. The house
was built in the 1890s for a
Mr. Botha who had married a very
proper English lady. Mrs Botha lived
here for a number of years after her
husband passed on.
Mr. Anthony (Tony) Kalil (1912-2000),
who came from Lebanon to Heidelberg
in 1920, as a 7 year old with his
parents, owned the house till his
death in 2000.
GC Mouldings and Aida Estate
Agents operated here in
the 1990s.
