AKA Boland Bank Staff Residence. Built in the late 1950s / early 1960s by Boland Bank as accommodation for bank staff (single employees and young married couples who worked at the nearby head-office tower). It originally contained small bachelor and one-bedroom flats. After the bank’s merger and departure, the building was sold off and has had various owners since the early 2000s.
