These flats were built on a portion of the Kingsbury Maternity Home grounds. They were incorporated into the new Life Kingsbury Hospital complex in 1992, and converted into medical suites. The block is a long narrow three-storeyed building, with flats leading off a walkway on each floor. A lift was added in the 1990s. (Arthur Radburn, July 2025)
