Described by Rennie in 1978 as a "recent landmark high rise office tower on podium and parking basement block". The exterior is black marble, polished Cape granite, white ceramic tiling, and extensive glass and aluminium curtain walling. The site, which extends from St George's Street to Burg Street, was previously occupied by several buildings, including the South British Insurance Company building.
