A two storey block of flats ... thus not requiring a lift for a residential built in 1937 in the art deco style. Perhaps the Greek flag flew from the pole on the stand brickwork. The owners were my aunt Beatrice and uncle Emmanuel Papadakis. the Architect was Alexander Forrest, ... and the name Vangelia was that of a Bulgarian Mystic. (Donald Stuart Davies)
