The Grosvenor Court apartment block was originally designed as a splayed three sided perimeter building forming a large U shaped courtyard, open to the west. A modern, significantly scaled high-rise apartment block annexe - with an L-plan - was however constructed at some later date within the courtyard, using similar facade detailing.
