(Pryce-Lewis list 431) The City of Cape Town's Heritage Building Plans Register (2013) gives the location of this building as 1100 feet [338m] from Protea Road. That places it at William Kift's 'Paradise Mineral Water Factory'. The factory was replaced by a service station, built in 1939/40, which still exists (although altered several times).
