Landmark building on Rivonia Road opposite the Gautrain station in Sandton. Designed by Paragon Group and completed in 2012. The Alexander Forbes Building won the 2014 AfriSam-SAIA Award for Sustainable Architecture. The building also won the 'Best Overall Development' at the 2013 SAPOA awards.
