Was originally the school of the adjacent Missionary Society Church. Rennie 1978:81 lists the building as Gordon Power Tool Centre. This company, later known as Gordons Tool and Hardware, occupied this building until November 2021, and moved from there to 4 Loop St. The building is currently [2024] standing empty.
