Officially part of the Anglican Diocese of Grahamstown it is used as an interdenominational church and services are shared by the Presbyterians, Methodists, N.G. Kerk and Anglicans. This replaced the original church which was almost entirely destroyed by fire in June 2010. The new Chapel was dedicated by the Bishop of Grahamstown on the Feast of St Patrick 17 March 2011.
