| Cumming-George 1933 THIS building is designed in the Spanish Colonial manner, and planned to include every range of flat accommodation, from one-roomed to four-roomed flat suites, every flat having sleeping verandah accommodation. The building-is of reinforced concrete construction and brick, plastered.
