A block of three-roomed flats with an interesting facade treatment. Reinforced concrete frame, with brick panel walls, plastered and oil painted. Each flat has car-park space in basement, and servant's room on the roof. Face brick is golden brown. Eau-de-Nil tiles at entrance and balcony, tile pattern buff.
