A simple but elegant Victorian House with steep pitched corrugated iron roof and decorative barge boards. Ogee curved roofs to verandas. The house is most noted as the former home of the South Africa poet, Dr Andries Gerhardus Visser. He worked as a doctor and lived here between the years 1909 and 1916. (Gerald Humphrey, March 2017)
