Foundation stone laid by Sir Abe Bailey on 1910 09 17. Hall type church on sandstone plinth of elaborate neo-gothic stuccadoor and plaster body with moulded neo-gothic tracery windows.

The dedication plaque at the entrance of the church says the foundation stone was laid on September 17, 1897. In 1910 the church was enlarged. The memorial hall was built in the 1950’s.
