Built by 1928 for Mrs. C Mindelsohn and only bought by HS Lynch by 1949. It must have acquired its name from Mrs Mindelsohn. In 1952 the name of the owners were Twee Gevels Est. (Pty) Ltd. By 1967 the property had been purchased by the City of Johannesburg and had been demolished for the M1 highway.
