Two single-storey cottages by Parker for Joe McKillop in 1892 (Parker 2015:76)

The first home of John Parker and his wife Susan, where they lived from 1893 to 1897 and where their eldest three children were born. Parker's parents lived in the cottage next door. In 1898 he bought The Firs, a farmhouse in Mowbray with extensive grounds for his growing family.
