The building has housed a book shop, the Book Lounge, since 2007. Also referred to as Roeland Street 71. Rennie erroneously gives the street number as 70 instead of 71. He describes it as “a good example of the Edwardian shift to a more ‘correct’ Beaux Arts type of architecture” (Rennie 1978: 329).
