Built before 1895, architect unidentified. Additions were made in 1915 by PARKER & FORSYTH. When inspected by Rennie in June 1978, it housed the Bambi Creché. Part of SAHRA Head Offices since at least 2009 (Google street view). See also the adjacent House Oliphant.
