The hall of the Nederduitse Gereformeerde Kerk. Ds. Berning Malan laid the cornerstone on 16 April 1940. (Morné van Rooyen) This looks much like a LOUW building - interesting Deco-Cape Dutch revival cross-over - stylistically quite late if date is correct. Looks like they might have sat on plans for a while, perhaps because of the war years.
