Op 11 Januarie 1896 is die hoeksteen van 'n nuwe (die gemeente se tweede) kerkgebou gelê wat op 22 Januarie 1897 ingewy is. Kort hierna breek die oorlog uit en word die pastorie as 'n fort en die kerk as 'n hospitaal gebruik. Die teenswoordige kerk is ingewy op 13 Mei 1950. Op 23 Junie 1951 is die nuwe orrel ingewy. Die ou kerk is dus waarskynlik in 1949 gesloop. (Morné van Rooyen 2015) On 11 January 1896 the cornerstone of the new (the congregation's second) church was laid the church was inaugurated on 22 January 1897. Shortly afterwards the war [Anglo-Boer War] broke out and the rectory was used as a fort and the church as a hospital. The present church was inaugurated on 13 May 1950. On 23 June 1951 the organ was inaugurated. The old church was therefore probably demolished in 1949.
