Conservatory - Botanical Gardens
Qonce (King William's Town), Eastern Cape


A beautiful glass conservatory erected by public subscription as a memorial to Settlers killed in the Ninth Frontier War of 1877-78. It was demolished in the 1990s by the municipality because of its state of disrepair.
